Out with the old, in with the new...I have been awake for aproximately 40 hours now. Why? Ok.
I worked Thursday night 8:30 - 11:30. My boss, Randy, put me on safewalk patrol with Jana, a girl he wants me to hook up with. We spent the entire shift playing cards with two first year kids in the SUB Blue Room. Then the two of us met up with other CPs at Dooly's. Jana was all over some other guy, but I didn't care. I got home at around 3am. I needed to finish a paper for 1pm the next day, so I was up for a few more hours putting the finishing touches on it. Then I watched Giant Baba vs The Desytoyer for 1969 and it's a great match if you enjoy the old style. At 6:30, I was out looking for coffee. I started my next shift at 8am guarding a door for 4 hours. Not very exciting. After work, I got my essay printed off and handed it in. Then I went for a haircut.
Also getting his hair cut was an old friend and roommate, Matt. He asked what I was up to for the night, being last class bash and all, and I said nothing but was up for anything if he was doing something. Back in the day, Matt was always doing something. I get home and online I see Matt's roommate, Rob. I ask the same question and let him know I was up for anything. I try unsucessfully to sleep for three hours, get up, and hear from Julie. She asks if I wanted to go to the Cellar with some people for food. I hadn't eaten in, like, days, so I went. Afterwards they were going to get a start on their Last Class Bash celebration, but I had every intention of being with my oldest and dearest friends this night. They invite me along, but I decline. I spent the next couple of hours calling my old friends here and get nothing. So with no plans, I go drink with Julie and her roommates and friends. And it was pretty fun.
Point of my drunk ramble... I spent most of my time now with Campus Police and recently Julie and her roommates & friends than I do with my long time Freddy crowd. They got old or boring or don't like me anymore... but I have a new crowd to have fun with. I HATE losing contact with some people, especially Bill and Ken, but life moves forward... and I have tons of fun with Randy and Julie.
I have no point, nor ovaries.
